Congratulations to Zoë Bulter, HD Woodson Class of 2025 Senior, on her win of $2,500 in the Washington Wizards’ annual essay contest!
Her essay on Captain Charity Adams, the first black woman to become an officer in the Women’s Army Corps during World War II, highlighted the remarkable achievements and leadership of a trailblazing figure.
